TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE IN CERAMIC SHOPPING STORE CUÉLLAR

1-General:

These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain, destined to individuals and companies

Any request made to Cerámicas Cuéllar necessarily implies, as an essential, decisive and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the General Sales Conditions of Cerámicas Cuéllar effective on the day the corresponding order is placed. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions that are contrary to this.

2-Prices:

The prices published in Cerámicas Cuellar are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices are inclusive VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change in VAT rate will be applied automatically to the prices of products for sale in Cerámicas Cuellar .

3- Payment Modes:

When making the order, the customer can freely choose to pay for the purchases made in Cerámicas Cuéllar by means of: Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery, PayPal and Virtual POS.

Payments with PayPal will have an extra surcharge for commission expenses. These expenses will be calculated before you finalize the purchase, being 3.5% of the total amount of the order.

4- Product:

Offers submitted by Cerámicas Cuellar are valid within the limit of available stocks. Cerámicas Cuéllar reserves the right to modify the product assortment depending on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.

5- Shipping:

The products purchased will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
By default, the invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the client at the time of registration in Ceramics Cuellar
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no delivery or delivery of orders.
Despite its delay will not imply or cancellation of the order or compensation.

If desired, the buyer can specify a different delivery week by indicating it in the "Remarks" field.

The merchandise must be checked at the moment of its reception to verify that all the products included in the order are delivered, the weights of the products may vary by 5% due to the shipping conditions. The recipient has the possibility of rejecting the package if it has been opened or has obvious signs of deterioration.

6- Return and cancellation policies:

6-1 Return of merchandise:

All products sold may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in perfect condition, unused and with its original seal and packaging intact.

To make the return you only have to contact us by email at info@ceramicascuellar.es indicating your order number. You will receive the necessary instructions for the return.

The return costs will be borne by the buyer, except in cases where Cerámicas Cuellar order the collection through your transport company. Thus, except in the latter case, the buyer will be responsible for the merchandise being returned to Cerámicas Cuellar in perfect condition.

6-2 Canceling the order:

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of goods, the client will not have any expense. In the case of an annulment after the order is released, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the return costs of this same order.
